Education
American Home Inspection Training
AHIT is a nationally recognized home inspection training program with classroom courses and in the field training lead by industry leading certified home inspectors. This program is a requirement to obtain a home inspection license in Washington State.
InterNachi
As with AHIT, InterNACHI is also nationally recognized. The InterNACHI home inspection association which requires its members to pass their curriculum and tests is regarded as one of the best in the US.
